Q. Do I need experience to start training?

 

A. No experience is required. Our programs are designed for complete beginners through to advanced athletes. You’ll be guided step-by-step in a safe, supportive environment.

 

Q. What martial arts do you offer?

 

A. We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi), MMA, Striking (boxing/kickboxing), and Wrestling. Members can train one discipline or combine them for well-rounded development.

 

Q. Am I too old or unfit to start?

 

A. Absolutely not. Training is scaled to your fitness level and goals. Many of our members start with no prior athletic background.

 

Q. Is training safe?

 

A. Safety is our top priority. Classes are professionally coached, structured, and supervised. We emphasize control, proper technique, and respect for training partners.

 

Q. Do you offer beginner classes?

 

A. All of the classes we run are beginner-friendly classes, we always focus on fundamentals, fitness, and confidence before progressing to more advanced training.

 

Q. What should I wear to my first class?

 

A. Comfortable workout clothing is fine for your first session. If you’re trying BJJ, a gi can be purchased later. Our coaches will advise you on appropriate gear.

 

Q. How often should I train?

 

A. Most beginners train 1–2 times per week. You can train more frequently as your fitness and recovery improve.

 

Q. Do you offer classes for kids and teens?

 

A. Not at the moment. We currently only offer classes for anyone aged 16 years and above.

 

Q. Is this just for people who want to fight?

 

A. Not at all. While we do support competitive athletes, most members train for fitness, self-defense, confidence, and personal growth.

 

Q. Can I try a class before joining?

 

A. Yes. We offer trial classes so you can experience our coaching, facilities, and community before committing.

 

Q. What’s the atmosphere like?

 

A. Friendly, respectful, and professional. We pride ourselves on a welcoming culture where everyone supports each other’s progress.
